Jelly Processing Plant

Game Type:
Levels Up:
Neopoints Rewarded:
Action
Varies by Level
Double Your actual score to a maximum of 1000 points

Bonus Scores:  To get bonuses, you must feed the Skeith specified sets of cones

Two sets of matching cones = 10 Points
Three of a Kind = 15 Points
Four of a Kind = 40 points

Strategy

Strategy for the jelly processing plants is simple - drop the jellies in the proper colored bins, let the ice creams be fed to the Skeith.  Three mistakes and your game is over!

However, if you want to get the points to rack up, you need to be patient.  The games starts out rather slow, but does speed up the higher you go in levels.   You have the option of picking up your items as they come out of the conveyer belt and placing them back on the conveyer (where they first appear.)  Do this during the first levels if you are trying to feed the correct cone combinations to the Skeith.  Be careful though, as you can end up with quite a backlog of jellies and cones if you place to many items back on the conveyer belt.

As you reach the higher levels, you might want to just focus on getting the jellies in the proper bins.  The sheer number of jellies to place there makes it inevitable that you will collect bonus points for cone combinations.

Uncovering extra squares: Easy:  1 bonus point for every extra square uncovered
Medium: 2 bonus points for every extra square uncovered
Hard: 3 bonus points for every extra square uncovered

Strategy

The purpose of negg sweeper is to uncover all the squares that don't have a negg behind them.  To do this you mark neggs (CTRL + Mouse Click or SHIFT + Mouse Click).  The higher the difficulty, of course, the more neggs there are in the game.

The numbers in the squares tell you how many of the surrounding squares have a negg in them.

The trick to Negg Sweeper, is that your first click is always a lucky click as you have no idea if you are going to click on a negg or not.  If you are fortunate enough to click on an empty spot, you might be lucky enough to uncover several other squares at the same time.

Tips:  Cover up all squares that you know contain a negg.  If you run into a deadend - no squares are available to click without some risk of clicking on a negg, click beside squares marked with a 1 or a 2 - stay away from high numbered squares as your chances of clicking on a negg are higher.

Giveaways... sometimes a series of numbers and blank spaces are giveaways - that is there is only one way the neggs can be placed.  The following are a few examples (there are way to many to show)
Here the corner square is the negg. The three squares bordering the three are neggs (which would also allow you to reveal the squares bordering the two) Here, mark both squares as Neggs, and then you can clear the squares in between as you all ready have two neggs marked.

Nimmos Pond
Game Type:
Levels Up:
Neopoints Rewarded:
Action
When you clear all the lily pads for the level
One quarter of your actual score (400points =100 neopoints)

Powerups: Breaking apart a lily pad may sometimes cause a powerup to appear (Flying bugs.)  They are as follows:
Red:  Health
Blue:  Paddle Power
Black:  Bomb
Green:  Rapid Fire
Yellow:  Spreader
Orange:  Launcher

Strategy

Nimmo's pond is another straight forward "shoot it, kill it, don't get hit by it" game.  You can die in two ways - either your life is depleted or you run out of paddle power.  There are a few quirks to be aware of, and a few strategies which can be employed to make your game play more successful.

Firstly, power-ups.  (Use your 'V' button to catch the bug when it flies near you) Make sure that you don't accidentally grab the wrong colored power-up than what you are trying to upgrade your weapon to.  It is very easy to mix up the Yellow and Orange power-ups, so watch carefully.

Power-ups which I prefer are either the Rapid Fire (which you start with) and the Spreader.  I don't usually use the Launcher because I like to have more control over exactly where my shot is going and with the launcher, your shot is based on proximity - that is, your shot creates ripples which can then destroy lily pads that are near it.

Bombs - I always save Bombs (black bug power-ups) for when I absolutely need them on higher levels.  The only exception to this rule is if I have a black bug flying around, then I will use a bomb, and snag the power-up.  The 'b' button launches a bomb.

Paddle Power - you can die if your paddle power is depleted.  If it is getting really low grab the Paddle Power power-up.  Your paddle-power will increase itself, as long as you aren't paddling or shooting.

Life Power-up - grab these always.  You can increase the life level of your Nimmo beyond what you start with, and unlike the paddle power-ups, your life bar does not increase on it's own.

Moving - moving in this game can be frustrating, so I recommend staying put in the middle unless you absolutely have to move.  The reason for this suggestion, is that once you start to move, it can be virtually impossible to stop moving.  If you find you are moving, and would like to stop, point your pad in the opposite direction you are moving, and gently tap the 'up' arrow.  If you hold it down too long, you end up moving in the opposite direction instead of coming to a stop.

Shooting the lily pads - try to kill the big pads one at a time.  What I mean, is fire at the large pad, and when it splits up, try to kill the little ones that come off of it.  This will reduce the number of potential hazards you could run into.
