A certain amount of maturity has come with evolving to this level. Unfortunately, coupled with it is a stubborn streak a mile long. Ikkakumon likes to charge headlong into battle without regard to the damage he might cause. Because of their reckless nature, he and Gargomon often team up when fighting. When Gomamon evolves to this level, his bond with Lewis has strengthened and Ikkakumon hopes he's getting through to Lewis, that he doesn't have to rely on embellishments and falsehoods to get himself noticed.
