.:: Rules ::.
1) Quite obviously, you MUST have a site! It can be created with ANY host, as long as you have shown a good knowledge of HTML and have created at least 20 pages in addition to the enter / home page.
2) You should also have an E-mail address - this makes it easier for me to contact you and let you know if and when you'll be entered.
3) Before you apply, please check the line-up to see if there are any spaces. If the line-up is full, any applications will be carried over to the next month. If the next month's line-up is full also, any more applications will be deleted. If I delete your application due to full line-ups, I will let you know either by E-mail or in your guestbook, and suggest a good month to re-apply.
4) You may only enter your site for the SOTM once per year.
5) When I have received enough applicants for each month, I will create a poll and add it to the site for visitors to vote for their favourite site. The site with the most votes will be declared the winner for that month. There will be a second-place prize and runners' up prize.
6) If I accept you for the SOTM and you do not win, please do not be offended - I DO NOT control the votes, therefore I have no influence on the results.
7) Any winners / runners' up who win an award will be asked to link back to [Dot] Com Doolally using either one of the codes on the Link Back page or a simple text link next to the award on their site.
8) That's about it - if you think you can abide by the rules, fill in the form and apply! Please be patient - I'll get back to you as soon as I can. :)
