| "Rocky" was the dog who broke my heart. At only 2 years old and heading for a stunning career he was killed by a brown snake while trying to defend one of his daughters. 1986 was not a happy summer for Dorwyn. |

| Rocky and Jules - a winning partnership Jules qualified for Junior Showmanship at Sydney Royal on her 7th birthday in 1985. She handled Rocky to Res CC at the '86 Royal but unfortunately had to withdraw from Showmanship due to the passing of her great-grandmother. |
