Dork Productions Interview with Jack Brungardt
"Hey guys. I recently had a chance to talk to D.P.'s president Jack Brungardt on certain issues at Dork Productions. This may answer some of your questions."
Killzo: Hey Jack, what's up? Jack: Oh, nothing much here. Just the usual. Killzo: Yeah cool. So, would you mind if I asked you some questions about upcoming movies and such? Jack: Sure, ask away. Killzo: Great! Okay...hmmm...what's this new movie you're making about? Jack: Reservoir? Killzo: Is that what it's called? Jack: Yes sir. This is our next big movie. Even bigger than Mission Tetris. And better too. Killzo: What's the plot? Jack: Well, I don't want to give too much away...but...okay. It's about these computer hackers that hack into a 'secret' government website, and download some of the 'secret' files, which is called the Project Reservoir. Killzo: Interesting. Jack: Yeah...and then some FBI agents go out and try to capture the hackers and stuff. I'm hoping this will turn out to be a pretty good movie. Killzo: Yeah, it sounds sorta cool...let's see now...is the next volume going to be on DVD? Jack: It will be on DVD and VHS. Killzo: Awesome. Jack: And I think that the DVD will probably have more features and stuff than the VHS. Killzo: Will the DVD cost more? Jack: Yeah...I think about three or four more dollars. Actually...maybe just three. I think nine dollars may be a little too much. Killzo: Yeah, maybe. Now, I have to ask you...to me, it seems that movie production has dropped a lot recently, Jack: How so? Killzo: Well...you haven't released a new volume in almost ten months... Jack: Yeah, I'm aware of that. We're trying to get the next one done. We've been really busy with school and sports and homwork. But now that school is out, we'll have plenty of time to make movies and finish volume two. Killzo: Also, it seems that you guys don't make as many movies. Jack: Well, that's not true. We've made a couple movies not featured on this site. For example. we've made a horror movie, and a birdcalling movie. We also did a film about a mannequin who gets beat up. Killzo: Sounds interesting. Jack: Yeah, but a person driving by thought that it was a real person and called the police on us. Killzo: That sort of sucks. What did they tell you? Jack: We just sort of ran inside and let someone else do all the talking. Killzo: When will Mission Tetris become available to the public? Jack: It will become available as soon as Volume II comes out. Killzo: Okay. Hmm...how many movies will be on Volume II? Jack: Oh, I'm not quite sure, but I'm guessing around seven or eight. More or less. Killzo: Will Reservoir be on Volume II? Jack: *laughs* No, it won't. It is now where near done, seeing as how we just started shooting Reservoir a week or two ago. No. Killzo: Well, what films will be on volume II? Jack: Mission Tetris, of course, Nike: For Life, The Walking Man. Umm...Things in the Dark, The Werewolf Episodes...I think we're going to put the horror movie on there too. There's one more but it's name slips my mind right now. Killzo: Cool. It seems that my batteries are a bit low though, so I have got to go. Thanks for talking to me. Jack: Anytime, Killzo. It's been a pleasure. Killzo: Alright, see you later.
