1. At Wedding Shop, we ensure you receive quality items from us by inspecting the items before shipping out.

2. We seek your co-operation by checking your items carefully upon receiving your items.

3. If, for some reasons, there is manufacturer defect or items incorrectly sent, please contact our customer-care consultants at 603-89962826 for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of your order and return the item to us in their original unused condition with the tags intact and return to us within 7 days from date of our agreement to such return.

4. The refund will be given as money back or in exchange for item of equivalent value.

5. Any shipping charges arising from the return will be borne by the customers.. Although Wedding Shop will not be responsible for missing packages and damaged items resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier, we will be most happy to assist you in filing such claim against the shipping carrier.
