1.Skins must not be over 3mb.
2.Both sprite skins and md2 "faced" skins for doomsday are taken.
3.Nothing is junk, I'll take anyones skin.
4.Only 10 to 12 mega bytes can be used on skins, so if too many skins come in, some will be deleted.
