While walking this trail I felt like I was no longer in Ohio.  There was a preponderance of ferns and very thick evergreen trees, mostly Hemlocks which block a lot of sunlight.  My friend John Baker told me that loggers took down most of the Hemlock trees long ago and that this trail is a view of the past.
Walking on the nature trails at Native American sites is something I enjoy doing very much, even if I have to do it alone because my little fairy friends are too busy sitting down and drinking Coca Cola.  I can only hope that while my little fairy friends are viewing this website that they will have deep regret for missing the opportunity to see the beautiful scenery at Native American monuments.
Perhaps they will resolve to get in shape and go back.
And this time not complain!
