On October 15 our tenant, Tauna, left and on November 3 we sat down with the new guys who are renting the place. Considering that we repainted and recarpeted the whole place we were pretty proud of our work.

Notice our constant companions, Sammie and Casey (our visitor dog). The 15 year old carpet was pretty bad!
The new look:
The list of changes is something like this: new paint, new carpet, remove ugly wallpaper in the kitchen and the bath, new blinds all around, fix all the holes people poke into walls, replace window screens that a vandal broke, replace panels in kitchen light box. Loads of fun.
