| During the 2003 season the club decided to go to the European Championships in Assen, Holland. The purpose of the trip was to build team spirit, gain experience and to see the best teams in the world in action. The trip turned out to be an enjojable and worth while experience for the club. All the Irish clubs travelled together at a cost of 670 euro per person. The Aer Lingus flight left Dublin aerport on Wednesday morning the 16th of September. Competitions began on Thursday the 17th. All five Irish clubs took part in a number of club competitions over the course of the two day open club championship.
