- The 6th Annual Meet 2003 of DBM90 was held at Hotel Luciya Palace on 20th April, 2003 at 6.30 pm. ( Easter day evening ). 29 members participated. The event was colourful and nostalgic. Vinod .J. Simon who passed away was remembered. For the first time, Name Badges were supplied. The renewed Address List was published. Two "Early Bird" prizes were awarded for prompt arrival. "Lucky Dip" contest was conducted and two lucky winners got their prizes. ( Imported wine glasses ). Varghese Cheeran took charge as the President. Adv. Ranjith Xavier was selected as the Secretary and Adv. Davies Chiramel was selected as the Treasurer. Vito Varghese and Praveen K.C were selected as the Convenors.
- Our batch mate Biju Chakkola got married on 29th June, 2003. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Biju !

Our batch mate, Vinod.J.Simon ( B - Division ) passed away on 26th January, 2003, Sunday 6.00 pm in a bike accident at Bangalore. He was the Scout troop leader at our school. In the year 1990, he was awarded the Rashtrapathi Scout Award at New Delhi; the highest rank for Boy Scouts in India. We express our deep grief in his untimely and tragic demise. Our batch mates visited his home and laid a wreath, on behalf of all the batch mates, as a mark of love and respect to him. |
