Exterior

Here you can see the building, the top apartment is the one we are talking about. As you can see it's almost like a penthouse, virtually no neighbours to bother you. The small balcony is the one from the master bedroom and the shutters are now closed.

The terrace, of which there are pictures on the next page, has a teak table and four matching chairs. It has enough space to dine with 6 people.
The terrace has sun all morning, it is directed south-east.

The building is at the back row, which guarantees a quiet location. As the park is not very deep, it is only a short walk through the garden to the pool and bar/restaurant.

This is the "back side". when you come up the stairs (30 steps) to the front doorlevel, the door is to the right on this picture.
When you pass the front door, you find yourself on the back-balcony where there is a small table and the (weber) barbeque. This balcony is partly covered and has sun in the evening. From the inside there is a door in the kitchen giving access.
