The club's email and website are briefly discussed. Jamie Sweeney is taking care of our website and has updated it for the 2004 show year. The members were informed that an updated Membership List, current Newsletter, 2003 Year End Winners, 2004 Showbill, entry forms and Membership Application are now avaliable on our website. Plans for minutes from our General Meeting and the club's Financial standing will be included as soon as available. Any photos or items of interest will also be considered for publication on the website. We were informed that our email was now available and all correspondence by members should be directed there.
