The first item discussed was brought to the members attention by Jim Harlan regarding the appropriat name of our club as indicated in our bylaws. There has been some confusion of the proper name that we are to be using and this has resulted in several times being printed incorrectly. The name to be used is 4 State All Breed Horse Show, sponsored by the 4 State Arabian Horse Association. This is the legal name of the club and should be used in the future on any and all correspondence relating to club business.
