The following topic for discussion was concerning the increase in our show fees and developing a system for accounting stalls and tie-outs with Royal Oaks Arena. The suggestion was made by Carl Stevens for Sandi Farris to call Sherry at Royal Oaks and talk with her about the possibility of reducing the fee for tie-outs and tack stalls. Sandi agreet to this and will call her prior to the shows. It was also suggested that we use a "ribbion" system for our members to show that they had paid for the tie-outs and/or stalls. It was suggested that Sandi also check with Royal Oaks and how they are planning on tracking this with other clubs. We will try the ribbon system at our first show to see how it works unless Royal Oaks has a better system already in place.

The next General Meeting is scheduled for April 6, 2004 at 7:00 pm at El Charro's Mexican Resturant located on Garrison Street in Carthage, Missouri.
