In order to qualify for year-end awards, members must work a total of five (5) blocks of time during the show season. The member may have an individual work for them, however, we will need to have that information in order to give credit for time worked.
The show is divided into four (4) sections, Halter, Hunt Seat, Saddle Seat/English, and Western. For each of these sections we will need an announcer, ring steward, ribbion person, and two individuals for the North and South gate. Each position worked will count as one (1) block of time.
We will have a sign up sheet in the office at each show as well as a record of your total house worked. You may sign up for your block(s) at the show and a signature will be required by you after you have worked your block. Your signature must be verified by an officer in order to recieve credit for the time worked.
