ABOUT GAILLARDE

Gaillarde Ltd. was formed in 2004 with the merger of two world leading technology companies, MistSilver Inc. and Magma Consultants Ltd. together they can trace their history back to the mid 1990’s and the birth of the Internet and high power computing as a critical business tool.

Magma Consultants Ltd based in London and covering the whole of Europe and the Middle East as renowned the world over for providing the most knowledgeable and professional analysts and engineers available in the IT and Communications industry. Designing systems of immense scale and reliability in some of the most dangerous locations on the planed and to the most demanding of end users, there was no option for failure or delay, again and again Magma were able to deliver to 100% successful results.

MistSilver Inc. was an innovator in the field of large scale IT hardware, consulting directly with leading edge institutions such as Cray to create the most powerful supercomputers in the world including the CRAY XD1.

MistSilver went on to work with Halliburton to develop the hardware and infrastructure that will support US troops in Iraq and other fields of combat. The resulting solution has become the gold standard of military IT enablement and has been adopted by the military of two other allied nations.

Gaillarde has taken the best from the two former companies, unparalleled skill, determination and reliability of one and radical thinking of the other to create a company that can do anything you could possibly dream of.

We work with the financial industry to provide 100% reliable infrastructure either as consultants to their own staff and ideas or to implement our own recommendations, recommendations that range from a revolutionary method of coping with email volumes to remote access solutions for home working staff.

Current major projects involve working with Inmarsat to massively increase the throughput of data across their network of satellites so that bandwidths of gigabytes or terabytes can be possible therefore allowing high-speed internet of the future to remote locations or simply offering an alterative to traditional fixed lines.

We at Gaillarde also take very seriously our commitment to society and to the environment, which is why we give away over £50,000 of services and hardware to deserving organisations and philanthropic causes such as the NSPCC and the American Cancer Society,
