Congratulations to the MPW and PW players and coaches for winning their Championship Games! It was very clear how well prepared the teams were for their games. This was the MPW first championship after a runner-up finish last year. This is the third championship IN A ROW for the PW team and was a hard fought defensive battles on both sides of the ball.
The Midgest has a great season making it to the championship game. Although falling in the title game, they were the first team ALL SEASON to score more than 1 touchdown against the Raiders with an outstanding first half, 22-22 tie. I don't believe it has ever happened that one team had all 3 of its teams playing for the Championship. This alone says a lot about the dedication and hard work of the Dolphins.
It has been a pleasure for me to be part of this process. And parents, all the noise I heard coming from the stands last night, positively cheering on the boys was AWESOME. See you at the banquet on the 19th!
