Music: Buried Myself Alive by The Used
My Favorite Bands
Concert Details:
October 18th, 2001:  Lifehouse, Michelle Branch and The Calling (The Odeon, Cleveland, Ohio)
(Ryan took me cause I love Lifehouse)
When The Calling was on stage I was like "who the hell is this?"   But by the time they were finnished with their first song, I had found another favorite band.  Ever since then I have liked them.  I hated Michelle Branch until that day.  It was almost enough to make me not want to go.  But after seeing her, I liked her, and now she is one of my favorites, and also considered one of my idols.  She pushed me harder to play my guitar.  Then Lifehouse!!!  JASON WADE!!!  OH BABY, WHAT A HOTTIE!!!  I have never seen a better sight in my life.  But at least unlike every other female in the audience, I knew the words to all his songs, the rest of the girls sat their staring at him like he was a god (which he is), but at least I like his music too.  A great concert!
February 26th, 2003:  TRUSTcompany, Blindside, Pacifier, Depswa (The Odeon, Cleveland, Ohio)
(Went with Ryan, Jon and Vince.  I loved TRUSTcompany and begged them to go with me.  Jon bought us tickets and we went.  Now they love em too!)
Depswa was okay, not one of my personal favorites though.  Pacifier kicked ass!  Their music is awesome and they are totally awesome.  Now, Blindside...DAMN, these guys can definately put on a show like you wouldn't believe.  Christian (lead singer) can definately work a crowd, he's fucking nuts!  TRUSTcompany, was awesome, and sound great live.  We managed to get backstage passes and got to meet TRUSTcompany.  They were all really nice, and were fun to talk to.  They gave us each a signed cd and guitar pick.  They also signed our tickets, but like a dumbass I forgot to have them sign the pass around my neck.  This is definately one of the best shows I, or any of the people that went with me, have ever seen!
December 7th, 2003:  Linkin Park, Puddle of Mudd and Ill Nino (AJ Palumbo Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvnia)
(Went with Ryan.  It was my Christmas Present from him.)
I have NEVER seen anything like it!  If you wanna see a show, go see Linkin Park!  My GOD, there is no way to even try to put this in words!  Ill Nino was kick ass, Puddle of Mudd was sooooo much fun and Linkin Park was just phenominal!  I'm just gonna stop there, I don't wanna ruin this one by saying too much!
This is a list of SOME of the bands I like.  They are in alphabetical order.  My ALL TIME top favorite bands are (in this order), FINCH, THE USED and YELLOWCARD.  I mean, I like all these bands, but no one can hold a candle to these three, especially FINCH.

July 31st, 2004: THE ROLLING ROCK TOWN FAIR FIVE:  Backstreet Law, Thornley, Finger Eleven, Three Days Grace, FINCH, Sevendust, The Crystal Method, N.E.R.D., Hoobastank, Disturbed, Staind and The Velvet Revolver (Westmoreland Fairgrounds, Latrobe, Pennsylvania)
(Went with Greg.  It was one of my Birthday gifts from him.)
Well, as you should know by now, Finch is my all time favorite band, so of course when I found out they were gonna be there, I just HAD to go.  Not to mention it was pretty cool that Finger Eleven, Three Days Grace,  Hoobastank and Staind were gonna be there too.  Backstreet Law and Thirnley weren't really my kinda thing.  Finger Elven did pretty damn awesome, especially during "One Thing".  Three Days Grace kicked some MAJOR ass.  The crowd went NUTS for "I Hate Everything About You".  While they were playing Finch was setting up on the other side of the stage, while Dave from Disturbed was watching.  When the stage started to turn and Finch was about to come on, I could tell something was wrong.  There just wasn't enough energy.  I guess Randy from Finch tried to shake Dave's hand and appologize for comments made about 2 years ago, and Dave pushed his hand away...after that it was over.  Finch and Disturbed got into a fist fight on stage, with security and road crews all getting involved.  Everyone thinks that Disturbed won the fight, but I didn't see a scratch on any of Finch's band members.  Finch did however, get in a good hit, since Randy  broke a bass guitar over Dave's head.  I was laughing my ASS off!  Go Randy!!!   And since most of the people in the crown were Disturbed fans, Finch got boo'd and they got the finger A LOT!  I felt soooo bad, cause you could tell Nate, (lead singer from Finch) was pretty upset that the crowd was so against him.  But I, along with a small group of other Finch fans, stood at the stage and tried to show them that there was some love out there for em.  The set was cut a bit short because of the fight, and I personally feel Finch didn't give it their all, but they still kicked ass.  God, I love this band sooooo freakin much!  So anyway,  Sevendust was up next.  They put Finch down a few times on stage.  Don't know why, considereing the fact that they weren't even part of the whole thing in the first place.  But oh well.  I kinda took a break and walked around a bit for The Crystal Method, but I caught the end.  N.E.R.D. was better than I thought they would be.  Hoobastank kicked ass, just ass I expected them to , those guys can put on a great show.  Then Disturbed came out, and he screamed like idiot, and made all his mokey noises.  Ya know, when I hear Disturbed I think, "wait, didn't we just hear this song?  Oh yeah, that's right, all their songs sound the same".  Whatever.  Staind was awesome, of course, and sound amazing live.  I only caught the beginning of The Velvet Revolver, since I was coverred in mud and couldn't handle being so dirty too much longer.  The whole place was a mud pit, which was awesome as hell.  The mud hill was amazing.  There was so much mud and everyone was so muddy that you couldn't tell people apart from one another.  There was no escaping getting muddy.  All in all it was a great concert.  But it woulda been better if the fight would have been between, say, Sevendust and Disturbed.  That way, Finch would of rocked out a little more.  But I'm just happy I got to see them anyway.

I can't describe the feeling, hearing your favorite song ever, sang live, while you are standing right infront of the band.  This song just makes me zone out, and is the only song in the world I could listen to over and over again, for hours, and not eventually get tired of it.  I got ahold of this song when it was first recorded as a demo, and it has been my favorite song ever since.  These pictures of Nate were taken during this song, isn't he just absolutely beautiful?
