half the stuff you have presented here because I
was baptised by fire just as you were. Each show
is different and I've never really been sure of
what I should be doing and what I shouldn't since
I work mostly in community theater and the roles

even a theater major. I think my personality goes

To give you and your guest book readers an idea of who I am, here goes-- I'll be a 28 year old B. A. acceptant in May, 2000. My major has been drama for the past 4 years and my emphasis has been in stage management. Funny thing, though. The University
of Arkansas doesn't teach stage management, so as you can guess, I'm very self-taught. Fun! Any way, in my final year at school here I am serving as the Production Stage Manager for Not-a-Penny Productions, a student directed theatre and film group begu
by students who were fed up with our drama department's lack to facilitate the undergrads' needs. This semester has been our most successful and I am very glad that I have gotten to be a part of that. I must say that the management aspects of Not-a-Pen
y (NaPPro, for short) has built up quite nicely!

I am the technical director for the Ford Theatre at the Honeywell center in Wabash. We're about an hour north of Indy. It's a 1,500 seater. We mainly do bus and truck shows and concerts.
It's a beautiful hall with great acoustics.
I used to work as a sound designer and carpenter at the Wagon Wheel in Warsaw,IN.
It's a summer stock that does 7 shows in 15 weeks, also a winter show. I am trying to get in touch with other TD's and SM's in the area to build up a support network if you would like to be on the list let me know. I can also send you a copy of the list
