| Initiations earn the Guardian 5,000 xp. This is a great reward for the time spent, and helps to have our house grow stronger. Initiation is one of the primary functions of our Guardians. Take notes and keep track of all your initiations. When an individual is demoted out of the house, the initiating Guardian loses 10,000 xp. This is good incentive not to just run off and start initiating dreamers into the House. When your Initiates become Guardians, and they initiate Dreamers into the House , you gain 2.500 xp. Upon thier demotion, you lose 5,000 xp. These are your 'grandchildren'. Before a dreamer can be initiated they must go through the Mentoring Process. For more details on this process Seek Magenta or visit the following scrolls here and here. Ex-Freesouls seeking to Join the Light must go through a tougher mentoring process than new dreamer or freespirit who has never been affiliated with the freesoul beliefs before, for the ex-freesoul must prove they have truly changed, and now understand the value of the unawakened souls that exist. This more thorough process will be deemed by the mentor, and the ex-freesoul must be approved by the Rulers before allowing to go through this process as to not waste the Mentor's time. Ex-Drainers seeking to join the Light have it even tougher. Before they can even attempt to enter the mentoring process into the house they must first pay restitution for past souls they have murdered. The Average Restitution fee is 100 souls per orbit, and must be on a reciept from a Guardian. So if a Ex-Drainer is Orbit 49, they must have a reciept stating they have saved at least 4900 souls before they can begin mentoring. Only then will they be allowed to begin the mentoring process normally given to Ex-Freesouls in general. |

| We are here to initiate ______ into the noble and honorable House Dreamers of Light. This is a glorious event, for when one joins us we all gain strength. ________, know that the Dreamers of Light is an Illuminated House. We believe that the Dream is a higher plane of existance, and that our actions here affect the waking world. We also believe that the Nightmares are evil beings which trap the souls of the helpless Unawakened. These innocents are then trapped and tormented, and the only way to free them is thru the cleansing process done by Illuminated Dreamers. We despise the Freesoul Banishers, for their uncaring ways. Their carelessness does not free the unawakened, but instead banishes the poor innocent unawakened soul with the essence, condemning the soul to an eternal torment. We seek to elimnate the vile, murderous act of Draining. This selfish act drains the life force from the unawakened slaying them instantly. ________, If you join us, you will be required to place the afore mentioned beliefs of this house before your own personal goals. After hearing all this ________, do you still seek to join our ranks? __________, do you swear to serve and protect this house, it's goals, and members to the best of your ability, without reguard to personal consequences?
