After you've downloaded the playscene, unzip it into your ...resource/area/ folder, the toyz in the resource/toyz/ folder, and the clothes in the ...resource/clothes/ folder.

.EXE files
I don't know if other people have the same problem as me but whenever I try to open an .exe file, a warning pops up and I can't get to the file, so here's what I do, just right click on the .exe file and select either one of 'extract to...', 'extract to folder...' or 'open with winzip', and it will open.
