1. Dogs must be at
least 5 months old. |

2. Dogs must be spayed
or neutered. Puppies may be admitted to Dog Dayz until the age of 7 months
without being neutered. |

3. DHLPP, bordatella
and rabies vaccinations must be current and the animal must be in good health
for the safety of all dogs in the facility. |
|
|
4. Dogs must
be friendly towards people and other dogs and not protective of toys and
space. |
