The Club and/or its Show Secretary assume no responsibility for wrong or incomplete information given on the entry blank by the owner or the owner’s agent entering a dog in a class in which the dog is not eligible to compete. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE COMPLETENESS OF ANY ENTRY RESTS SOLELY WITH THE ENTRANT.

Entry fees shall NOT be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, excused by the judge or Veterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee, or because it has been entered incorrectly. JUDGING: No dogs will be allowed in the show area except those regularly entered in the Show. DO NOT BRING DOGS THAT YOU DON’T INTEND TO SHOW. There are no provisions for unentered dogs. The judging will start promptly. Dogs may arrive prior to their time of judging, and may leave immediately thereafter, unless required for further judging. The Club and its Show Secretary will not be responsible and are not obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of breed or class judging. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to have his dog ready to be shown and at the entrance of the judging ring when the steward calls for the class, it is not the responsibility of the ring steward to locate any dog, its owner or agent when the dog’s presence is needed in the judging ring. Judges will NOT wait for any dog holding up a class.

AKC RULES ON DOUBLE HANDLING WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: Entries will be acknowledged after entries close with entry acknowledgment and judging program to address on entry. Should exhibitor NOT receive an acknowledgment within a reasonable time, PLEASE notify the Show Secretary at the above address, phone number or fax number.

LOSS OR DAMAGE: The Show Committee will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, or assume any liability at this Show. The welfare of an exhibitor’s child is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children on the day of the Show.

TROPHIES: Trophies and prizes will be awarded in the judging ring to the person exhibiting the dog, who will be considered to be the owner or agent of the owner. All claims for trophies and other prizes must be made in the judging ring before the completion of the judging of the breed, and the Show Secretary advised at once in the event of any discrepancy.
