As many people will know, the character Hagbard Celine, of Robert Anton Wilsons Illuminati books, populates his yellow submarine with many attractive black women in tight clothing. Since I am a fan of Hagbard Celine I thought I would name this site after both Tyra and Hagbard. And of course, this site is populated by pictures of only one beautiful black woman, Tyra Banks... in possibly skimpier clothing.
