I have so many brothers and sisters in Christ that disagree on this one subject. I have seen it cause terrible divisions between people. Within my own, earthly, family there is much disagreement (although not to the point of arguement).
So what is rapture? It is the taking away of the church as spoken of by the prophets. It is something that has kept Christians looking, waiting and hoping for generations. So why the debate? Well there are many sides to the issue-some believe there will be no rapture, others believe there will be but disagree on when. Will it be before the tribulation? Mid-trib, before the great tribulation or after it is all over with?
In the long run it makes little difference since we will all find out some day. However, I thought it would make an interesting study/discussion.
