Eye and Muscle Research Labs

I have been fortunate to work in two outstanding labs that conduct research of the eye, heart & muscle.

The heart and eye are two of the most fascinating organs of the body.  The heart pumps blood continuously, and the eye can turn electrical signals into images.  Both are susceptible to a variety of diseases, however, that significantly reduce quality of life such as heart disease, glaucoma and cataracts.
