Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups elbow macaroni

  • Sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 4 hot dogs, sliced

  • 6 mushrooms, sliced

  • Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Fresh black pepper

Recipe:

  1. Boil macaroni until tender

  2. Thaw hot dogs if frozen

  3. In a casserole, make two layers of:

  4. Macaroni, mushroom soup, sprinkle of ground black pepper, mushrooms, hot dogs, parmesan, sharp cheddar cheese

  5. Microwave 5 minutes, stir, then microwave until cheese is melted and hotdogs are cooked (about 3-5 minutes)

  6. Bake in oven if crispy top desired

Serves 6
