Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

A day ahead, cook 2 cups of rice and
refrigerate

1 yellow or red onion, chopped

1 cup peas
-
Curry powder
-
Siracha Chili sauce
-
Light soy sauce
Recipe:

Thaw peas in wok and
evaporate off water; remove to a bowl

Cook ground beef and
onions in a wok; drain fat

Add 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
and stir
-
Add 1-2 tbsp curry
powder and stir

Add cold rice to beef
& onions, crumbling to break up the chunks

Add peas
-
Add curry powder and
soy sauce to taste
-
Add 10-30 drops of chili sauce to
spice up the dish
