½ cup char siu sauce or hoisin sauce

3 tbsp Chinese rice wine or dry sherry

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame seed oil

1 tbsp minced ginger

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
Recipe

Marinade the ribs 6 hours to overnight

Preheat oven to 400 F
-
Place ribs on a rack in a foil lined pan,
and cover loosely with foil
-
Bake for 30 min
-
Turn ribs over, baste with char siu sauce,
and continue cooking, loosely covered about 30 min.

Baste again with char siu sauce, and bake
uncovered for 6 minutes until well glazed
