Ingram Caswell is national board certified in acupuncture, Diplomate in Acupuncture (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine), recognized by Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and graduate of the Classical Acupuncture Institute, Jacksonville, Florida.

Ingram has spent over twenty years in the medical profession in the field of Radiology.  Active in professional organizations, she was President of The Florida Association of Radiologic Technologists.

The Five Element system of acupuncture is very strongly based on the elements of nature:  fire, earth, metal, water and wood.  The premise is that we are as much a part of nature as anything in the universe.  We are not separate from it; nature is not outside ourselves.  To understand the "Five Elements" is to understand their harmonious balance within ourselves as well as in nature.  When the elements are in balance, wellness results.
