Denise Dickey will travel to the client's home, office or other convenient signing location. Signed Real Estate and Loan documents will be returned immediately, usually within 24 hours, or same day as signing if requested.

NEW SERVICE!- Denise Dickey has the technical capabilities to download loan documents directly from a lender's site OR receive loan documents via email and print all documents on laser printers.

I simply print the files received and competently compile the entire loan package, proofing the package. Signed loan documents are reviewed and then promptly returned to the appropriate escrow office for processing, many times on the same day as the signing.
