This is from the same patient as the previous tracings; two hours later, post TPA.
Here we have a sinus rhythm at 72/min. with a borderline 1st degree AV block. Please note the ST-T elevation has resolved after the TPA. There are frequent ventricular ectopics/escape (idioventricular?) beats. Some appear to have no relationship with the occasional P-waves which precede some beats, while others have a normal P-R interval. All of these complexes were perfusing.
