Leads I, II, III
This is from a 64 YO male complaining of sub-sternal chest pain. The rhythm is sinus with a 1st degree AV block. (Note the incorrect HR on the Lead I tracing. All beats were perfusing.) There is significant ST-T elevation in leads II and III. Initially this patient had a BP of 92/50. En route BP increased to 118/62 following a bout of nausea and vomiting. Chest pain was relieved somewhat by NTG and ASA. Pt. exhibited no signs of failure and no gross neuro deficits.
