74YO female.
Admitting DX: UGI Bleed.
Hx of AODM, ASHD, HTN, Chronic Renal Failure, Gastric Ulcer, MI in 1977, (this strip is from late 1979-early 1980) Cardiac Enlargement.
Meds: NPH, Lanoxin, Minipress, Atromid, Aldactone, Lasix.
Sinus Rhythm at 95/min. with (1) Wenkebach with 10:9 and 9:8 conduction, pulse rate of 80-90/min. or (2) Isorhythmic AV Dissociation.
At a conference I attended in 1981, Dr. Henry Marriott confirmed that this is indeed Wenkebach.
