Meds: Pronestyl, Lasix, Lanoxin, Hydrodiuril.
Pt in Cardiac Arrest, cyanotic, resp. <10/min. This was a bizarre case, whenever cardiac compression was attempted the Pt. would grab the rescuer's hands to stop compressions and when compressions were stopped, Pt would become pulseless and unresponsive.
The first two strips are Ventricular Tachycardia and were present during the above mentioned situation.
The third tracing is after cardioversion at 50WS, and is a perfusing Junctional Tachycardia at 100/min.
