The Club Colours - SKY BLUE, BLACK and WHITE

Derived from the Simeon Lord's Dobroyd Estate (sometimes spelt Dobroyde) who received the original land grant. In turn, the name comes from Dobroyd Castle, at Todmorden in Yorkshire, England as shown above. The area was reminiscent of Dobroyd Castle and so the name was given. The Club colours are those on the crest and flag of Dobroyd Castle.
The Club Drink - DOM BENEDICTINE

Benedictine or Mothers Milk became the official club Drink on the 1983 end of season Soccer Trip To Coffs Harbour. The Partners of the Players found that the men spent most mornings tired from the night before festivities and so were not up to any daytime exertion. The partners then decided to join the men on their night time festivities and took a tremendous liking to the Dom Benedictine and a great night was had by all including the ladies. The next day however the ladies also were not up to any daytime exertion so it was agreed that for all club functions to succeed The Dom Benedictine was a must.
