3/26/03 Well fellow DOA lovers, it's been a long time since anything worthwhile came to my attention. I recently checked my sources. DOA 4 has been delayed until 2004. It stands to reason that the movie will also be put on delay, as producers wanted a cross-platform release between both the game and the movie. So for now, one can only speculate. Production will most likely start this year if they are expecting a 2004 release, but that would still require a cast; something no one has made mention of. They better get cracking- these actors aren't getting any younger!
8/14/02 Unreliable, but it's something. Apparently there is a trailer for DOA:TM on the DVD of the movie Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade (1998, anime, directed by Mamoru Oshii whose past credits include Patlabor and Ghost in the Shell) a tragic love story based on the child's fairy tale of "Little Red Riding Hood". But it might just be for one of the DOA games. We have yet to confirm the rumor, or if the trailer is in fact a trailer or just an ad. Either way, the source said that it looked live-action, which might just be a great testament to Team Tecmo's superior graphics.
