``(als Ehemann !?)'' (punctuation theirs).
This would mean ``as a married man'' and the ``!?'' is probably there
because he died after his wife Anna Maria Francisca Schulte did.
So if he was a married man on his death, he must have remarried.
But the book has no record of his second marriage. In family
records handed down to her, Dessa Tiedeken Preuhs knew of
this Conrad's name and had his wife recorded as Maria Jenkens.
So it appears that he must have remarried to Maria Jenkens.
