The Froetschl 1997 update gives two Franz's: Franz Joseph born 26 Feb 1826, no further info on him, and Franz, who married Katharina Wartha born 26 Feb 1828. I believe they must be the same person with a transcription error somewhere. The Heger research also says that Franz's mother died in 1827 which means there weren't any children born after then.
