Municipal Comprehensive Development Plan was the first to be computerized
in Region I, Northern Philippines utilizing AutoCAD, Corel and MS Office 2000. It became the model plan
of the whole region. |

| An expert in computer graphics: CorelDraw/Paint 8/9, Auto CAD14/2000, 3D Studio Max 3.0; web tools: HTML, DHTML, PERL, Macromedia Flash 4.0, Visual Basic, C/C++ and Java. He manages his own computer business, Artperfect Digital Design Solutions, a multi-disciplined DTP shop also offering consultancy and computer training. | |
