As a
Poultry and Feed consultant, prepared more than 100 Poultry/Feed
mill projects for my customers, obtained
financial sanction from banks, implemented the projects and running them
successfully even today. |

Innovated newer poultry house, cage and feed mill designs for better
operational efficiency at lower cost. |
|
|
Several large broiler integrators and farmers, with a total birds housing
capacity of more than 10 million broilers and 0.5 million parents/grand parents
producing 25,000 tonnes of broiler and breeder feed/month, are under my direct
technical consultation at any time. |

|
Moreover, nearly 1.5 million commercial layers are under my direct
technical supervision. |
|
|
Using my feed formulae and technical advises, nearly 40,000 tonnes of
feed is prepared every month by my customers, for own use and for sales. |
|
|
As a consultant, I am visiting poultry farms, hatcheries, feed mills etc.
on week ends and giving technical advices to them, not only on management and
nutrition; but also on health care, economics and post-harvest technology. |

|
As a consultant, I am helping the Research and Development (R & D)
divisions of my customers, in drug/feed/breed testing, newer formulations, new
technologies and cost reduction methods. |
|
|
Giving newer formulations of tonics, performance enhancers etc. to
Pharmaceutical companies. Many of
my formulations are trump cards in the market at present. |
|
|
Suggestions are given on Poultry products marketing, newer fast foods,
advertisement material preparation and other sales promotion strategies. |
