We went to Pacific Grove, Monterey, & Carmel. I really liked our trip. We stayed at a great little place. Soon after we arrived, I made a new friend, Max. He brought his people from Modesto on their first vacation, also. He is a 1yr old JRT; I do like the older guys. :-) We had SOOOOO much fun. We got to run in circles and chase each other a couple times each day. We also met up on the beach a couple times and got to romp after each other, as well as chase waves.
I took them on a nice walk (1-2 miles) where they had a great breakfast at Toastie's Cafe in Pacific Grove. (I had already finished mine.)
We even went to Carmel to eat & check out everything. That town is very dog friendly. There were lots of other doggies to see and meet there. I was able to go into most of the stores too.
My favorite part was playing with Max. I hope to meet him again some day.
