My humans really pamper me. Even though I'm not a big eater, my meals are great. I love to run around in my backyard and brush against the lavendar, as well as rosemary bushes. So my humans get me great grooming items to help me reminisce of my outdoor romps. We also hike/jog at Fremont Older, Almaden Quicksilver, Guadalupe Oaks & other Preserves. We recently ran the Palo Alto "Dog's Best Friend" Run/walk, and are looking forward to our next run.
I love toys, especially chasing balls & spinning with rope toys. I jump alot as well, so my humans signed me up for a puppy agility class. I was a little young at the beginning (and it was cold/rainy) but by the end of the class, I was having a lot of fun. Now when I go to my San Jose doggy hangout (for small dog socials on Sat and doggy playcare, I love to play on the agility equipment. I plan on taking more agility classes for fun.
I like doggy playcare so much that my people signed me up at other great daycares (various days) in Sunnyvale & Palo Alto , where I have even more doggy friends, like Max, and Paco & Jo-jo. These places are great because we not only play a LOT, we also get to practice our commands (for treats of course), which makes my humas very happy. (And I really like all the nice humans at playcare as well).
I've completed 3 Sirius puppy classes , as well as a "graduate" class, & many workshops. I will keep taking my humans to more classes so that I can eventually volunteer in Pet Assisted Therapy. Let's hope that they do well (but I think they still need some more work). I want to be completedly prepared and am seeking my CGC & Delta Society certifcation.
I recently visited my breeder to play with my sister, Iris & my mom, Chloe. I am also now dogster girl & "pup pals" with my sister, Jessi. I hope that we will be able to get together and play again soon.
Read about our first vacation . :-) I had so much fun. Also, I just joined a walking club where my humans & I can socialize. I made the neighborhood newspaper on my first walk. Let's hope my humans can free up another Thursday soon.
