Party Policies and Procedures
Minimum: A minimum of 6 painters is needed to reserve a Van Gogh, Picasso or Build-A-Buddy party package. A minimum of 8 adult painters is needed to reserve the party room.
Deposit: $25 (check or cash, only) Deposits may be refunded or transferred in full with a minimum of one week notice of cancellation or date change.
Inventory: In children’s parties, painters must choose from items which are stocked in the party room. Teens and T’weens may choose a Van Gogh or Picasso party or opt for the adult party package. Adult parties select pieces from the studio. All pieces subject to availability unless specially ordered in advance.
Booking: YMI! asks that you tell us the number of people invited to attend children’s parties and any party with special-order inventory at least 2 weeks in advance. Additional painters in special-order parties are not guaranteed the special order piece.
Duration: Prices quoted include up to 1½ hours for Van Gogh parties in a private party room and 2 hours for Adult and Picasso parties.
Additional Time: Additional time must be booked in advance to be guaranteed, however we can arrange extra time on the day of your party based on availability.
Additional ½ hour: $20
Additional hour: $40
Unfinished pieces painted for adult parties may also be finished on a later visit to YMI! at no additional cost.
Make-It-Take-It: Acrylics will be ready to take home the same day. Glitters and metalics available. Make-It-Take-It option excludes dinnerware and food surface pottery.
