Party Room Policies!
1. Van Gogh Parties are scheduled for 1 ½
hours. Picasso and Build-A-Buddy Parties are scheduled for 2 hours.
An additional ½ hour may be purchased at the time of the party for
$20. If the room is not vacated within 10 minutes of the end time of
the party, the $20 fee will automatically be added to your bill.
2. Dangerous, destructive behavior will not be tolerated.
Noise from parties cannot be disruptive to our regular customers.
If guests are unable to refrain from behaviors that put others in danger
or are disruptive to our customers, the party may be asked to leave.
3. Party guests are not permitted to move the party into
the studio if their time runs out.
4. Unfinished pieces must be taken home. You may
return to finish adult party pieces at no charge.
5. Walk-in parties may use the party room at the discretion
of a YMI! employee for a room fee of $30. All other minimums apply.
Fee is in addition to the minimums.
6. Children must remain in the party room. Adults
wishing to paint in the studio during a party may do so, however, we cannot
reserve tables in advance.
7. Children in parties must do items in the party room
unless arrangements are made in advance.
8. YMI! Employees are available to MONITOR your party.
They may not be in the room the entire time. Children under the age
of 13 MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.
9. In children’s parties, a YMI! employee will ring up the
party when the room is vacated. Once the room is clear, please
proceed to the checkout counter.
10. In adult parties, a YMI! employee will begin the
“Checkout” procedure 15 minutes before the end of the party to ensure
enough time to ring everyone up.
11. Pieces from children’s parties will be wrapped, labeled,
bagged for the party sponsor to pick up and distribute to the party guests.
Special arrangements can be made for individual pick-up ONLY with contact
information for each child’s piece. NO EXCEPTIONS!
12. Do not leave food in the refrigerator
or freezer.
