These are pictures of my truck taken the day I drove it off the lot. Nice huh. Well I like it too but it still needs some touch up and unfortunately I can't keep the tires.
These are pictures of my previous installation in the Cougar . These show my setup before some guys decided to try and make away with my stuff for the second time. Luckily for me I had just installed my X 10 camera in my car. Trust me it makes for a great security add-on if you are willing to stay awake and watch the video feed on tyour TV at home. I had just replaced the Logitech Webcam with an X 10 Wireless camera and was still in the phase of trying my setup out using my TV to monitor the surroundings when two guys walked up to my car and tried to break into it. When I saw this, believe me I was shocked, and after a moments hesistation decided to yell out my apartment window rather than call the cops seeing as how they take forever to come when you need them the most. The jerks ran off without taking anything . The only damage to my car was two broken door locks, one broken window and major scratches on my door as well as a cut parking brake line. Thieves will do anything to get into a car. I still can't figure out why they cut the parking brake line as it has nothing to do with the alarm system on my car or any car for that matter. In short the $50.00 camera I bought off ebay paid for itself so many times over barely a week after I bought it and I took everthing that was in the car out immediately. Oh and the cops did nothing about the tape I give them because they said and I quote "They didn't take anything so we have nothing to charge them with". Well what about my door locks. Some cops are real helpful.
This is a pic. of The Webcam in my rear view mirror. These things suck graphics wise so I decided to get an X 10 camera instead. Good thing I did.
This pic shows my screen at night. Thing about these notbook screens is that at certain viewing angles the picture quality is not so good. Next project will have a mobile TV instead.
Is that nice or what. I know not everyone likes it because some think it is too flashy. Any way I also included neon tubes under the dashboard and changed all the interior lights but those only come on when the door are open .
This is the same screen at a different angle. Now you see what I mean by the pic quality can be poor at certain angles. Good thing is it is clear at a wide range and poor at the extreme right or left but that doesn't really matter as the notebook can be rotated.
This is one of the main reasons I chose winamp over other mp3 playing software. This pic is actually my palm IIIC. It is running a plugin called palmamp. This nifty little plugin lets me use my palm to control winamp . It effectively gives winamp touchscreen capablities and runs all the functions of winamp including the playlists and all the neat controls. Whoever made this software had the right thing in mind. I hope someone would add some color soon and maybe bigger buttons. Otherwie this program is great.
This is the view back seat passengers get of my notebook. See that wireless keyboard on my dashboard . I left it there one night and I think that is what invited those jerks over to try to steal my stuff. It is partly my fault that they came. It is almost as if I left a sign on my car saying " COMPUTER INSIDE. TAKE ME".
This is a closeup of my desktop running Windows XP. You can see winamp running also. Too bad I forgot to take a pic of my visualisation, another reason I use winamp. See that vehicle, Yes it is a Vehicross, a very sporty Sport Ute. Too bad you don't always get what you want but I still want to get one in the near future
This is the car itself. See that dent in the front panel, I got it when I went out drinking with some friends. I woke up the next morning to find that dent in the car and the whole left side up on the sidewalk. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE
Some nice things should be built some of the time. This is a prototype convertible version of the Isuzu Vehicross . I do not think it will ever make it to production line but I sure wish it would. You may have see it in the movie Red Planet. It is really nice

1995 Toyota 4Runner
These are shots of my interior upholstery. The second pic also depicts the wired remote control for the seat massager and heat. These are available for both the driver and passenger seat however the driver side has 10 motors versus 5 in the passenger sieat.
These are pictures of the computer I built to put in the truck for Mp3s, Video, GPS and so on. As you can see the motherboard is very small. For those who do not know what it is this is a VIA EPIA M1000 motherboardwhich can be used in a lot of different applications. I fell in love with these boards when I firstr came across them. Later you will see why.

VGA Touchscreen and Camera
Touchscreen mounted in dash and cameras mounted front, rear and side mirrors. This is an awesome screen because it has a VGA input for the computer as well as 2 video inputs - one of which I use for cameras and the other for video
Second - But not the last, Camera setup with monitor on dashboard
Second GPS setup
