BACKGROUND
I have had over 11 years of systems development experience including over 8 years of PeopleSoft HRMS experience in a variety of industries. My PeopleSoft roles have included upgrade project lead, interface and conversion technical development, system analysis and design, implementation, SQR tuning, security planning, and training and testing co-ordination.

March 2003 - July 2003
- Technical Lead on Benefit Administration implementation project including eBenefits self-service for 1,000 employees. PeopleSoft HRMS 8 SP1.
- Designed and developed automated benefit enrollment file interfaces for four carriers utilizing PGP encryption.

- Consultant on HRMS Business Process Redesign Project, which included:

- Developed Coding and Documentation standards.
- Created interfaces to and from external systems using SQR, including corporate phone book, payroll, and the stock administration systems.
- Developed various tools using PeopleCode and Application Designer, including an online query maintenance tool which allowed a single administrator to move, rename, or delete any query (public or private) on the system.

- Coordinated and taught the PeopleTools Delta Training.
- Technical member of payroll implementation team. Implementation involved heavy customizations utilizing SQR and PeopleCode to create a central payment repository for employee pay submissions.
- Team member on Global Deployment Team (Puerto Rico, Ireland). Converted all employee personal, employment, and job history from legacy system to PeopleSoft.
- Optimized SQR batch jobs, in several cases reducing the run time over 90%.
- Established SQR coding standards and technical code walk-through.

- Implemented PeopleSoft 4.12 HRMS / Payroll / Benefits Administration.
- Coordinated migration of data from legacy HR system to PeopleSoft.
- Utilized SQR, PeopleCode, and PeopleTools to modify PeopleSoft for Public Sector use (before PeopleSoft's Public Sector product was available).
- Lead the upgrade project from PeopleSoft HRMS 4.12 to 5.10.
- Established and implemented change control and migration procedures.
- Reviewed technical documentation for all new development.
- Analyzed and designed new functionality including Mass Salary Upgrades and the on-line review of time cards processed by Scantron OCR systems.
