I like how you've got Rogue all on her own and don't seem to be in any rush to get her back with Remy. It's nice that you don't feel the need to to qualify her by putting her in a relationship right away, and the whole Europe-art store-mutant boarding house thing is very cool, very awesome. I love the gift for Wolverine, that was such a cute idea and I couldn't see anyone else but Rogue ever being daring enough to give that to him, lol. This chapter did end up being a lot lighter than the last one even with the death in it. In fact I think that it had to be lighter because of the death. If you hadn't added the reunion in it might have become dark and depressing, but it didn't, so yah again. I have no idea where you're going with this, but I am a comic fan so I'm going to have to keep my eyes peeled again. ooh, and thanks for my personal shout out, you're the first person to give me one, I feel so special:) ishandahalf 2003-10-12 HUZZAH! a new update, what fun. i'm totally getting into this fic, it's so great! and YAY, rogue's back in the states, excellent. mainly cuz of REMY! oh yeah, it's ALL about the romyness! glad to hear that they're the main characters, or else i'd have to kill you. heh heh, yeah. no actual romyness in this chapter, but i think i can deal. i really enjoyed the part about rogue just deciding that danny found a good deal on the tickets, that made me laugh out loud. so cool beans to the MAX! i can't wait for more, so keep it coming quick like a bunny on crack! and if you actually do stick in the romyness next chapter, i'll give you a gold star! ooh, the incentive. so bring it on! yay. |
