02/18/02: "I WON'T LET YOU FALL APART"

     So how long has it been? almost 2 weeks? ugh, sorry about that. But i've been really busy...

     First of all i/we hired this guy/kid to do our website at work, things started out really good but unfortunatly turned ugly really really fast. Turns out that this guy wasn't doing the work that he said he was going to do on the site, was slacking off (and that's coming from me, if i call someone a slacker they may as well be in a coma) and to top it all off he was/is psychotic (again...that's coming from me! mr. manic himself). This guy was so off his rocker, probably on drugs (prescription and street), was threatening to drink antifreeze to kill himself and was trying to extort monies from us...

     He had to go.

     My boss was very cool about the decision i/we made to quickly take action on his quitting and nullifying his contract in a psychotic fit on wednesday before he could back paddle and try and take it back (which he tried to do on friday). Now we are rid of him and thanks to Jhames, i was schooled this weekend in the fine art of HTML and am taking over the wesite project myself. Now i'm not talking bad about this guy, it's just he has some serious problems and i'm not in a capacity and/or position to be part of his drama. I feel for him but i'm NOT his friend nor did i ever plan to be...he was just a guy hired to do our site.

     Um...let's see. Saw DJ Rap on Saturday. kick ass show!! and we got in for free too! got some bondage pants finally and shorts too, so i'm lookin cool again! so i'll try and keep you all happy (ok...Lisa) and update this more often

     HAPPY BIRTHDAY TRIP!!!!HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

     It's Trip's birthday, i guess that means i need to go shopping.

     Nothing too exciting today, i was showing Jhames around Jess' site and then he saw a pic of Jess and Gareth's friend Jeff. Oops! looks like someone is obsessing now.

02/22/02: "I WANT THE TRUTH! YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH"

     Life's a bitch and then you die, isn't that how the saying goes?

     I give up. Really I do.

     Going to see Queen Of The Damned toinght. I hope it's good.

     I need a vacation. Where is somewhere fun a person can go by themself? I should get a list seeing as i'll be needing to see all these alone. Sorry, don't mean to sound like i'm having a pity party. I'm just lonely.

     This weekend i need to do laundry, burn some more cd's and find Trip to give him his birthday present. Wow! do i know how to party or what?!

02/28/02: "SEDATED EMPATHY"

     So yesterday was my folk's 38th anniversary. 38 years! that's a long time. You know alot of my friends tell me that there is no such thing as love and marrage is a sham and relationships are doomed from the beginning and all that bitter nastyness. (funny thing is that almost all of the friends who tell me that come frome broken homes) So to all those people who tell me that i'm a fool for wanting to be in love and wanting to be in a lasting relationship i have this to say. Yesterday was my parent's 38th wedding anniversary.

     I watched the Grammy's last night. OY! ok...what's up with Bob Dyllan? i know he's a legend and stuff and i think he's a great poet. But i didn't understand one word that man was singing. "his in ow pay in dow ta mon iz fryin pan" (actual line from song) Then one of the dixi ckicks came out in a giant purple striped moo-moo and sheryl crow next to her in a onepeice bathing suit and a fur coat. ugh trashy. It was a waste of 3 hours of my life, and someone better lose thier job because of it!!!

03/04/02: "FOR REAL THIS TIME"

     ok, so here's the deal...

     the "new" site and redesign i've been talking about for a while is now coming soon...

     so until then i will not be updating this site at all....sorry

      but here's a quick rundown:

       friday i saw deepdish @ vinyl, kicked ass! went to gay bar with striaght friends (?!) on saturday, it was fun, Nicole's bfriend Andy (cutie btw- have i mentioned that?) ended up taking his shirt off onstage infront of tons of gay men, needless to say he was a popular guy after that, and it was possibly the coolest thing i've ever seen him do. you know turns out he's a really great guy, nicole's lucky. anyway some guy made a shitty comment to me and it soured the evening and i left. there's lots more to talk about, but i'll fill you in later.
